your existing equipment. If you already have a point-of-sale
(POS) credit card terminal, we can reprogram it to work with a
Total Merchant Services merchant account, or if you would like
to upgrade your equipment we will be happy to do so under one of
our Free Terminal Placement Programs. |

Our
customer service is designed to make credit card processing
easier, more convenient, and more productive for you. With
knowledgeable customer service representatives available via
telephone 24 hours per day, seven days per week, you'll always
be able to get the answers you need, when you need them.

If you
have any questions, need to replace broken equipment, or need
additional supplies, our terminal help desk is there to provide
any assistance you need to keep your point-of-sale terminals up
and running at all times. |

Your
funds are transferred to your own checking account usually in
two days by ACH. Fees are only debited once per month, so
your bank statement deposits will match your daily batch
totals - no pulling your hair out matching fees to each daily
deposit. |

Whether
you purchase new equipment or use existing terminals, you'll get
a call from one of our conversion/training specialists. They'll
help you program your terminals and train you on how to use them
in one call. |
